Fundraisers:

The fundraiser that first made us famous was the Lenten Fish Frys held at the Depot in downtown Collyer. Every Friday night during lent, we had the most delectable fish around, using one of our "great" cook's recipes. We also filled out everyones plates with cole slaw, texas toast, potato wedges and/or mashed potato casserole. Some nights we also had more choices such as cheesy green beans. Of course, we always had a varied and popular dessert bar.

Of course, the star attraction was the ambiance of eating in the historical Union Pacific Depot. We served approximately 700 plates during the 2005 season, and look forward to serving even more in 2006!
