Were looking forward to our 3rd annual Fall Street Festival and Quad-Rod Custom Car and Tractor Show. Last year we had over 100 entries into the car show and a lot full of craft vendors. Mark it on your calender, this is one event you don't want to miss.

2007 After Harvest music Festival

We headlined Angie Stevens & the Beautiful Wreck from Denver who treated us to a performance that shows why she was Denver's 2006 "Independent Artist of the Year." If you missed this performance, you missed one of the best performances in the area.

The night was started off by the "Flatland Band."


Lenten Fish Fries

We had another successful year with our Lenten Fish Fries at the Depot in Downtown Collyer from Friday, February 23rd thru every friday during Lent.

Serving started at 5:30 p.m. until everyone was fed. We also be served chicken.


Ground Hog Day Soup Supper

We filled St. Michaels Church again for our annual Ground Hod Soup Supper.


2nd Annual Fall Street Festival

Saturday, October 14th, 2006

Our turnout for our First Annual Fall Street Festival was great. We had over 50 cars, several ATVs, some Model Airplanes, and a few Tractors, plus we filled up the depot square with Crafts and Vendors. We finished the night off with a concert by the amazing Rodney Braniga n, and a dance by DJ Paul Heskett.

If you didn't make last years, you don't want to miss this one. If you did make it to last years, you know it will be even better this year.


2nd Annual After Harvest Music Fest

Our second After Harvest Music Fest was a big success. We had over 400 paid guests. Pictures have been posted in the gallery.


Lent Fish Fry's

Every Friday from March 3rd through April 14th 2006

Every Friday during Lent, we had our famous Fish Fry's at the Union Pacific Depot in Collyer. A lot of people came in for it, including Kansas Senator Jerry Moran. If you missed it this year, you'll want to make sure to attend next year.


Ground Hog Soup Supper

Saturday February 4th, 2006

We packed St. Michaels Church for our Ground Hog Soup Supper.


First Annual Fall Craft Fair and Quad-Rod Custom Car and Tractor Show

October 8, 2005, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

We packed the West Half of Main with Street Machines, Antique Vehicles, and vendors to support them. Prizes were awarded.
The North Side of the Depot Square was packed with Craft Vendors and demonstrations.
The park was packed with games and events for the kids, including pumpkin carving contests, pumpkin painting, and money hay searches - just to name a few.
We ended with a downtown dance that evening with music by Rodney Branigan and his dual guitars and a DJ, Paul Heskett.

Switchback Benefit Barn Dance

Saturday, August 20th, 2005

Featuring music that Appeals to EVERYONE
From Traditional Irish to Rock Classics to Blues

The Switchback concert and barn dance was held in the Exhibit Building, at the Trego County Fairgrounds in WaKeeney, KS

The gates opened at 5:00 p.m. and the fun will continue until midnight with Piping, Fiddling, Dancing, and Singing. There will also be a BBQ Supper & Beer Garden

Admission was $10 for adults, children under 14 are free.

2005 After Harvest Music Festival

July 16th, 2005

We had our 2005 After Harvest Music Festival on July 16th, 2005. It was a big success. The only problem we had was the heat sticking around at 5:00 p.m.
