4^th Annual Quad-Rod Custom Car and Tractor Show

2008 a Great Success

We had a great success with the 2008 Quad-Rod Custom Car and Tractor Show. We estimated around 4000 people came into town to take part in this years spectacular event, and we had almost 120 entries into the car show

Tire Blow

One of the new events at this years show was the Tire Blow. The winner claimed the $100 prize for guessing the correct ammount of time for the tire to blow

The video was paused for a few seconds, so the time is not correct on the Video.

As you can see there was not much left of the tire afterwards.

Mud Run

Another new event this year was the KMRO Mud Run. Held just on the other side of the tracks, the Mud Run had a big draw, and entertained the large crowd.

Just some of the fun everyone watched at the mud run.

Fun and Crowds

Of course we had lots of events for the whole family including Tricycle Races and a Moonwalk.

The event also drew a large crowd to the Craft Fair
